Lone Tree Vista
Archival prints and cards of a Vermont vista overlooking the Ottauquechee river valley in Vermont. What struck me most while painting the original painting of this scene was the lone tree standing above the rest, with an impending storm brewing, as evidenced by the tumultuous clouds. This is both a beautiful image, and a reminder of standing strong in the face of fear. This artwork would make a wonderful addition to the home of an adventurer, hiker, wildlife or nature lover. Or, perhaps for someone who tends to stand out in the crowd or who is about to face a challenge and could use a reminder of strength.
Limited edition prints are on bamboo paper and come numbered, titled and signed by artist, either with or without a mat and frame. There are two print sizes to choose from, 8" x 10” and 11" x 14,” which come alone with an archival backer and ship flat.
Framed prints are matted with an archival off-white mat and backer, under glass, and live edge frame is completely ready to hang. Mat and frame adds approximately 4” to each side; For example, an 8" x 10" print that is framed is approximately 16” x 18”. Frame dimensions are approximate due to the variability of widths in the live edge wood; No two frames are alike. Note: photo of framed print shows a different example print but is to show my handcrafted mat and frame style.
Inside of cards are left blank, ready for your personalization. Card measures approximately 5 1/4" x 4" and is printed on recycled white cardstock. A recycled white envelope is included with each card.
