Acrylic painting of a songbird perched in its nest. This young bird appeared to me on my porch in Vermont one early morning. I rescued him within moments from encountering my cat! Luckily, he was able to fly to safety after a recovery period, which is the pose I chose to paint him in here. Perfect for the bird or nature lover!
