In Sunlight & Shadow
Oil painting of an area in my little piece of the Bridgewater, Vermont woods. Pressures of my husband's commuting distance drove us to put our house up for sale - something that broke my heart. I soon realized that I couldn't leave the home and forest that I'd grown up and built a life on. When I happily took my house off the market, I uncovered photos and painted this scene, when I was full of relief, gratitude and absolute love of a place. This artwork would make a wonderful addition to the home of an outdoors person or nature lover.
Painting is encased in my signature live-edge wooden frame with hanging hardware attached on rear of frame. Approximate framed dimensions are 41" x 55.” A Certificate of Authenticity is included with every original painting. Note: The oversized nature of this painting allows for only local pickup or local delivery of this piece. Freight shipping, at owners expense, can be discussed. Please message artist with desired pickup or delivery method.
