In Sunlight & Shadow
Oil painting of an area in my little piece of the Bridgewater, Vermont woods. Pressures of my husband's commuting distance drove us to put our house up for sale - something that broke my heart. I soon realized that I couldn't leave the home and forest that I'd grown up and built a life on. When I happily took my house off the market, I uncovered photos and painted this scene, when I was full of relief, gratitude and absolute love of a place. This artwork would make a wonderful addition to the home of an outdoors person or nature lover.
Painting is encased in my signature live-edge wooden frame with hanging hardware attached on rear of frame. Approximate framed dimensions are 41" x 55.” A Certificate of Authenticity is included with every original painting. Note: The oversized nature of this painting allows for only local pickup or local delivery of this piece. Freight shipping, at owners expense, can be discussed.
