When running on the backroads in Vermont, I am so excited to see this little white flower when the snow has left, evidence of spring finally arriving! It is often the only pop of “color” when all else is still brown and lifeless. Though I don’t often see it, where I do, it is in abundance, covering the ground under wild apple trees…one of those moments in nature when I feel honored to see what’s before me.
Limited edition prints are on bamboo paper and come numbered, titled and signed by artist, either with or without a mat and frame. Unframed prints come with an archival backer included. Print size is 8" x 8."
Framed prints are matted with an archival off-white mat and backer, under glass, and live-edge frame is completely ready to hang. Mat and frame adds approximately 8” to each side; For example, an 8" x 8" print that is framed has final dimensions of approximately 16” x 16.” Frame dimensions are approximate due to the variability of widths in the live-edge wood; No two frames are alike. Artist-crafted frame is made from rescued slab wood, wood that is normally burned as sugaring wood or bonfires. Frame is finished in three coats of Vermont poly-whey varnish, a USDA certified biobased product. Note: photos of framed prints include a different example print, but are to show my mat and frame style.
Inside of cards are left blank, ready for your personalization. Cards measure approximately 5 1/4" x 4" and are printed on recycled white cardstock. A recycled white envelope is included with each card.
