White Zinnia Dream (Sleep in Bloom Collection) - Original Painting
Original oil painting of a bee asleep in a white zinnia flower head. I came across this scene walking in Maine to see a sunrise. Seeing the bees asleep in the flowers so early in the morning was a new experience for me and I knew I wanted to put them to paint! This artwork would be perfect for the gardener, hiker or nature lover.
The oil painting is accentuated with my signature live-edge frame. Framed oil painting dimensions are 28” x 28.” Hanging hardware affixed to rear of frame. Artist-crafted frame is made from rescued slab wood, wood that is normally burned as sugaring wood or bonfires. Frame is finished in three coats of Vermont poly-whey varnish, a USDA certified biobased product.
A Certificate of Authenticity is included with every original painting.
